Mr. Dhirubhai John Patel, 90, of Hartwell, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family.

Born on August 22, 1934 in India, he was the son of the late Lallubhai Patel and Gangaben Patel.  Mr. Patel was a retired Convenience Store owner/operator and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife: Charuben Patel of the home; a son: George Patel (Dharti); four daughters: Mita Patel (Ritesh), Julie Patel (Bob), Rita Amin (Amit) and Arti Amin (Prashant) and two grandchildren: Reena Patel (Harsh) and Darshan Patel (Siddhi) all of Hartwell.

Services for Mr. Dhirubhai John Patel will be held Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
