Mrs. Linda Diane (Lacy) King, age 72, of Lavonia, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018 at St, Mary's Hospital in Athens.
Born January 9, 1946, in Stephens County, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mildred (Harris) Lacy. She graduated from Lavonia High School, Class of 1964. She was a member of the Lavonia United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband: Leonard King; daughters: Angie Hicks and Stacey Lowe; grandchildren: Brandon King, Nicci Hicks, Brittany McCormack, and Jeremy Hicks; and several cousins.
The graveside service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Franklin Memorial Gardens – North with the Rev. Dr. Joe Renfro and the Rev. Dr. Lacey Bowcock officiating. Flowers are optional or donation may be made in Mrs. King's memory to the Lavonia United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 176, Lavonia, GA 30553.
