Obituary
Mrs. Donna Austin Laird, age 60, of 124 Rumsey Road, Hartwell, GA, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at her home.
Born November 5, 1949 in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Edward A. Austin and Mary Elizabeth Barratt Austin. She was a graduate of Roger Williams College; Retired from Largo Medical Center as a Medical Social Worker and was a member of Reed Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by:Husband, John A. "Drew" Laird of the home; Sons, Tyson Laird of Hartwell, GA, Joshua Laird of Pinellas Park, FL and Nicholas Lairdand his wife Christina of Lavonia, GA; Brother, Dennis M. Austin of Cumberland, RI; Sister, Deborah Byelick of Sugar Hill, GA and Grandchild, Sebastian Laird.She is preceded in death by her Parents and a Brother, David Edward Austin.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Reed Creek Baptist Church.Rev. Sam Dulaney will officiate.The family will receive friends after the Memorial Service.In lieu of flowers; memorials may be made on-line to the National Children's Leukemia Foundation.
