Donna Denise (Aldrich) Moss, age 63, of Lavonia, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at her home, following an extended illness.
She was born September 13, 1956, in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Burdell and Ruby Nell (Manley) Aldrich. Prior to disability, she worked as a hospice caregiver. She was raised in the Lavonia Church of God and attended Rock Quarry Congregational Holiness Church in Toccoa. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Freddie Aldrich, Roger Aldrich, and Randy Aldrich; and sisters: Joan Pruitt and Jennifer Crunkleton.
She is survived by her daughters: Chastity Bellew & husband Donnie, Alana Hines, and Ali Butler & husband Mon; grandchildren: Kyleigh Moss, Haleigh Moss, Nikki Bellew, Nadia Ridings, Madchen Gates, Jayden Camby, Jaivon Kinloch, Jordan Lawrence, Jada Kinloch, and Addisyn Higginbotham; and great-grandchildren: Cooper Autry and Grady Autry.
The memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Edward Hood and Rev. Jonathan Sutton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to defray funeral expenses.
