Mrs. Donna Lynn Welborn Phillips, 64, of Anderson, Passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at the Rainey Hospice House, Anderson SC.

Born on September 28, 1960 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Owen Welborn and Clara Lee Doker Evans.  She was a machine operator at Bosch of Anderson and a faithful member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband: Deacon Barry S. Phillips; her son: Tyler A. Phillips of Greenville; a sister: Debbie Duncan (Bobby) of Royston and a brother: Scott Evans (Patti) of Hartwell.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Founders Hall of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

A Memorial Mass for Mrs. Donna Phillips will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church with Father Tran John Pham and Deacon Tom McGivney officiating.  A private graveside will follow the service at Roberts Cemetery in Anderson SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, c/o Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 1009 Benson Street, Hartwell GA  30643.
