Dorothy Elizabeth Clark, 80, of Hartwell, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Heardmont Nursing Home, Elberton GA.

Born on June 9, 1942 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Marcus Clark and Dora Hendrick Clark. Ms. Clark was a retired seamstress from the Hartwell Company and of the Holiness Faith.

Survivors include two sisters: Mary Cheshire of Hartwell, Nell Rogers of Moultrie GA; one brother: James Robert Clark (Mary) of Hartwell and several nieces and nephews. Ms. Clark was preceded in death by her parents and one brother: John Walker Clark.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Other times the family will be at their respective homes.

Funeral services for Ms. Dorothy Clark will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Cory Pulliam officiating.  Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
