Mr. Douglas Howell "Doug" Robertson, 62, of Walt Wilson Road, Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia.

Born on August 30, 1958 in Hartwell, GA, he was the son of the late John Walker Robertson and Sarah Richey Robertson.Mr. Robertson was a lawn care worker for Jackson Lawn Care, and a member of the Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include his brother: Mark Steve Robertson of Hartwell; sister: Sandra R. Heitz of Royston; two nephews: Chris Robertson (Kelly) of Royston and Jacob Heitz of Hartwell; a niece: Jessica Heitz of Iva, SC; and five great nieces & nephews: Charlotte and Amelia Robertson, Grayson Heitz, and Matthew and Adalynn Cann.

The family will receive friends Monday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Rock Springs Baptist Church.Other times the family will be at the home.

Funeral services for Mr. Doug Robertson will be held Monday, April 26, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Rock Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Terry James officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
