Douglas Arnold Schyck, age 80, of Lavonia, passed away at his home on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

Born November 1, 1943, in Detroit, MI, he was the son of the late Steve and Margarie Foster Schyck. He was an executive vice president of First National Bank of Howell, where he served until retirement.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Taetsch Schyck; children, Douglas Schyck, Jr and Michael Schyck; grandchildren, Faith Schyck and Lance Schyck; and brother, Steve Schyck. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Schyck.

Doug was cremated in accordance with his request. No services are planned at this time.
