Mr. Edmund R. "Ed" Wittliff, 84, of 909 Flat Shoals Road, Bowersville, GA, died Thursday, November 15, 2007 at Hart County Hospital.
Born September 28, 1923 in Ukraine, Russia, he was the son of the late Rudolf Wittliff and Eva Poley Wittliff.He was a Self employed VW Mechanic in Tampa, FL.
His survivors include:Wife, Margarete Kohm Wittliff of the home; Sons, Ralph Wittliff of Anderson, SC, and Robert Wittliff of Tampa, FL; Daughter, Karen Walker of Bowersville, GA; Three grandchildren also survive.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Sunday, November 18, 2007 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.The family is at the home of the daughter Karen and Scott Walker, 978 Flat Shoals Road, Bowersville, GA.
