Mr. Edward E. Seay age 88 of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Monday May 03, 2021 at his residence following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday May 08, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Eric Boyd will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday May 07, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Edward was born on March 30, 1933 in Atlanta, Ga to the late Hugh Barnes Seay and Effie Lee Stovall Seay. He was retired with the United States Navy, where he served at Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida from 74-79 as Dental Chief, the Naval Hospital in Yokosuka, Japan as Dental Chief from 79-84, Naval Hospital In Pensacola, Florida as Dental Chief from 84-85. Following retirement with the United States Navy, he then worked for 10 years with the Nobles Station Post Office in Pensacola, Florida. Edward was of the Baptist Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Seay is survived by his wife, Michiko Seay of Pensacola, Florida, children, Neil Seay (Mariko) of Pensacola, Florida, Paul Seay (Donna) of Athens, Ga, Edward Seay (Karen) of Hartwell, Ga, Jennifer Seay of Hartwell, Ga, 9 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren, and a number of other family member and friends.
