Obituary
Mrs. Helen Elaine Pauley McKernan, 91, of Cade Street, Hartwell, died Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Hartwell Health and Rehab.
Born on September 4, 1923 in Minneapolis, MN, she was the daughter of the late David Pauley and Helen Gilstrom Pauley.Mrs. McKernan was the owner and operator of 3 County Office Supply and a member of Meckleburg Community Church in Charlotte, NC.
Survivors include one daughter: Charlotte Lennartz and her husband Steve of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive.Mrs. McKernan was preceded in death by her first husband: Paul J. Dumbauld and her second husband: Walter McKernan; one daughter: Paula Little; and one great grandson: Noah Barnes.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
