Audrey Elizabeth Weaver Crittendon Bryan, age 71, of Canon, with family gathered around her, passed from this life into the presence of the Lord, Saturday, February 11, 2023.

She was born June 15, 1951, in Franklin County, a daughter of the late William James Weaver, Sr. and Wilma Barnes Weaver. She was a graduate of Franklin County High School. She retired from the Franklin County Clerk of Courts Office as a Deputy Clerk. She was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church. She was a volunteer and advocate for CASA and a member of the Pilot Club of Lavonia. Mrs. Bryan will be remembered as a loving mother, devoted grandmother & great-grandmother, and caring sister & friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband: Jim Crittendon; brother: James Weaver; and sister: Nell Weaver.

Left to celebrate her memory are her husband: Kermitt Bryan; children & spouses: Scotty & Wanda Bailey, Dale & Amy Greenway, and Melody & Tim Housley; sisters & spouses: Avaline & Larry Adams and Denise & Mike Sims; sister-in-law: Dora Weaver; grandchildren: Garrett & Kristen Bailey, Dillion Bailey, Pierceson Greenway, Amelia Housley, and Henry Housley; great-grandchild: Wren Bailey; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

The funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia with Rev. Tony Franks and Rev. Gary Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowersville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other times the family will be at the home.
