Mrs. Elizabeth Lanfear, age 96, of 273 Waters Edge Drive, Hartwell, Ga., wife of the late Dewain Lanfear, died Monday, Sept. 18, 2006 at Hart County Hospital.

Born May 28, 1910 in New York, NY; she is the daughter of the late Joseph Sautner and Veronica Czyck Sautner.

Her survivors include: Sons: Dewain Lanfear of Hartwell and Robert Lanfear of Smithtown, NY; Sister-in-law: Elsie Sautner of San Diego, CA; Four grandchildren, Wendy, Michelle, Scott and Sean Lanfear and Two great grandchildren, Noah Brooks and Hunter Winters.She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and brothers: Joseph Sautner, Steve Sautner, and John Sautner.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. from the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.Father Walter Foley will officiate.Burial will be in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Memorial Garden.

The body was cremated.The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
