Mrs. Ellaree Atkinson Vickery, age 92 of 261 Fairview Avenue, Hartwell, Ga., formerly of Dogwood Street, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Hart County Hospital.
She was born June 29, 1914 in Hart County, Georgia; she was the daughter of the late Homer Atkinson and Annie Hall Atkinson.She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith.
Her survivors include:Sons, Faris Newland "Bee Bee" Vickery of Hartwell, GA and William Ralph Vickery of Hartwell, GA; Brother, Harold Atkinson of Hartwell, GA; Sister, Inez Crittendon of Hartwell, GA; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by her Husband, William Hobson Vickery; Brother, Ray Hobson Vickery; and Sisters, Fannie Mae Suit, Jessie Bell Temples and Nina Atkinson.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel.Mr. Fred Greenway will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.The family is at their respective homes.
