Mrs. Elsie Fulmer Fulmer, age 85 of 111 Riviera Shores Dr., Hartwell Ga., died Saturday, October 21 at her home.
Born on February 22, 1921 in Floyd Co. GA, she was the daughter of the late Otis Fulmer and Mamie Strickland Fulmer.She was formerly employed by Lockheed of Georgia and retired from Hart EMC as a secretary.
Survivors include her daughter: Carolyn Treadwell of Hartwell; a son: Charles Brown of Hartwell; four sisters: Evelyn Cassel of East Point, Jean Hitchcock of Mesquite NV, Doris Hitchcock Granite City IL and Ava Feltman of San Antonio TX; a granddaughter: Lisa McCoy of Alpharetta also survives.She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband: Lewis Fulmer.
