Mrs. Emilie Lucille Hilley, 83, of Beaver Creek Road, Bowman, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 at her home.

Born on January 2, 1939 in Dayton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Corbert Bashaw and Marie Lehman Bashaw. Mrs. Hilley was bookkeeper for Modern Tire Company and a member of the Bethany Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son: Daniel Brown of Escondido, CA; daughter: Julie Brown of Bowman; and two grandchildren: Dakota and Daniel Brown. Mrs. Hilley is preceded in death by her parents; husband: Charles Thomas Hilley; one daughter: Angela Brown; three brothers: Bill Bashaw, Victor Bashaw, and Jerry Bashaw; five sisters: Mary Wilson, Donna Johns, Bernadette Murphy, Vivian Schick and Eileen Rhoton; and one granddaughter: Ashley Williams.

The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Bethany Baptist Church. Other times the family will be at the home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emilie Hilley will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Durham officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
