Mrs. Emma Phelps Shinn, 89, of 12 Cobb Village Drive, Royston, GA, died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at The Gables, Royston, GA.
Born January 12, 1919 in Creswell, NC, she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Virginia Phelps.She was a Homemaker, Realtor, and a PA in the Medical field.She was member of East Minster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic, FL.
She is survived by:Daughters, Helen Parker of Hartwell, GA and Nancy Rider of Snellville, GA,; Sister, Rae Eason of South Mills, NC; Ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Richard Shinn; Son, Richard Shinn; Daughter Patricia Santos; and several brothers and sisters.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 in Florida Memorial Gardens, Melbourne, Florida.Memorials may be made to East Minster Presbyterian Church, 106 N. Riverside Drive, Indialantic, FL 32903.
