Mr. Ervin Lee Robertson, 79, of Bowersville, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home.

Born on November 16, 1941 in Bowersville, GA, he was the son of the late James H. Robertson and Evelyn Shiflet Robertson. Mr. Robertson retired from law enforcement after 35 years of service. He was also a US Army veteran, a Mason, and member of the Flat Shoals Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife: Debby Woodall Robertson of the home; Kathey Osborne (Doug) of Toccoa, Chris Robertson, David Robertson (Kim), and Lee Robertson (Erica), all of Hartwell; eleven grandchildren: Ali, Anna, Josh, Kyle, Kevin, Tiffany, Alex, Brittany, Corban, Ian, Vera Kayte; and thirteen great grandchildren. Mr. Robertson is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Charles Robertson and Jerry Robertson.

Because of the current conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, the family will not be having a formal visitation.

Ervin wished to be cremated and a Celebration of his life will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Cory Pulliam officiating.
