Eula Mae (Peeples) Outz, was born, in Canon, to Asa & Ethel Peeples on May 12, 1933 and went to be with our Lord Tuesday, May 12, 2020. "What a blessing to enter Heaven on your birthday."
Survivors include her daughter: Ingra Langston (Ron); grandchildren: Abby Cheek (Garrett) and Rhett Langston; great-granddaughter: Lily Cheek; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Grady E. Outz; and siblings: John Peeples, Milford Peeples, Alfred Peeples, Liddie Garner, Ruby Peeples, Laddie Wooten, Mary Florence Norris, and Rachel Whitworth.
Mrs. Outz traveled extensively with her husband and family, while he served as a US Navy commander chief on numerous destroyers. They moved back to their Georgia home in 1977, where they raised their daughter. She always said that she lived a blessed life. She was a homemaker and was a member of Double Branches Baptist Church.
A private graveside service will be held at the Lavonia City – Burgess Cemetery. Although the family will not be present, the body will lie in state Thursday from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the North East Georgia Animal Shelter, 870 Bear creek Road, Lavonia, GA 30553.
