Mrs. Flora Rowland Risner, 75, of 3501 N. Hwy 81, Apt. 331, Anderson, SC, died Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at NHC of Anderson, SC.

Born May 25, 1931 in Hart County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Waymon T. Rowland and Annie Laura Snow Rowland.She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.

She is survived by:Husband, Burt C. Risner of the home; Son, Alex B. Risner of Anderson, SC; Daughter, Reeta Griffin and her husband Pete of Anderson, SC; Sister, Betty Skelton of Hartwell, GA; Two grandchildren, Thomas Griffin and Michael Griffin.She is preceded in death by parents, brothers, Oscar Rowland, Robert Roland, and Denver Rowland and a sister, Mary Ellen Rowland.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Liberty Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.The family will receive friends after the service.The family is at their respective homes.
