Mrs. Frances Sanders Ginn, 82, of Eagle Lake Estates, Hartwell, GA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at Hart County Hospital.Mrs. Ginn was born in Hart County, GA, on July 7, 1924 and was retired from Bellcraft Manufacturing of Hartwell.She later worked as a greeter at Wal-Mart in Hartwell.She was a long-time member of the Inspiration Sunday School Class of the Flat Shoals Baptist Church in Hartwell.Mrs. Ginn was the daughter of the late Med Green Sanders and the late Rachel Scott Sanders.She was predeceased by an infant daughter, Glenda Ginn, and her sister, Myra Sanders.She was the widow of Luther Elton Ginn, having been married for many wonderful years.
Mrs. Ginn was loved by all who knew her.She was the embodiment of selflessness, always caring for others before herself.She was a strong Christian who loved God and her family with all her heart.Her sweet, loving spirit will live on eternally through the lives of her descendents, who looked to her as a shining example of Jesus' perfect love.
Mrs. Ginn is survived by her daughter, Brenda Ginn Milner, and her husband Timothy M. Milner of Hartwell; 3 brothers: Howard Sanders and Owen Sanders, both of Hartwell, and Leon Sanders of Toccoa.Mrs. Ginn is also survived by her 3 grandchildren: David Marshall Milner of Puyallup, WA, and Amy Heather Milner and Matthew Brian Milner, both of Hartwell.She had one great-grandchild, Alexandra Frances Milner, who was named in her honor in the hope that she grows up to be like her.
Visitation will be at Friday, October 13, 2006 at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.The funeral service will follow at Flat Shoals Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. by Reverend Jerry Durham, Dr. Wendell Banister, and Reverend Frank Sailers.Interment will be in the Flat Shoals Baptist Church cemetery beside her husband and infant daughter.
