Mrs. Frances Chatham Starrett, 84, of 212 Hart Terrace, Hartwell, died Friday, December 13 at Hart Care Center.

Born on March 25, 1929 in Toccoa GA, she was the daughter of the late John Dock Chatham and Emmy Tucker Chatham.Mrs. Starrett was a homemaker and a member of Hartwell Christian Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Reno and her husband Cecil of Hartwell; two sons, Phillip Starrett and his wife Becky of Hartwell, and Keith Starrett of Hartwell; a sister, Azalee Chatham of Toccoa; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren also survive.Mrs. Starrett was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd W. Starrett.

Funeral services will be Sunday, December 15 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Ken Brewer and Rev Tommy Cleveland officiating. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. prior to the service. The family are at their respective homes.
