Obituary
Mr. Francis Vincent DiMarco, 76, of Murray Ave, Hartwell, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021.
Born on November 16, 1944 in Royston GA, he was the son of Loretta Seymour Hamlin and the late Frank DiMarco. Mr. DiMarco was retired from Savannah River Nuclear Site as a computer programmer.He was a US Air Force veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He also was of the Church of God Faith.
Survivors include his mother: Loretta Syemour Hamlin; two sons: Jody DiMarco (Sandy) of Hartwell, Kelsey DiMarco of Lavonia; one sister: Sara Iosue of Staten Island NY; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren: Mr. DiMarco was preceded in death by his father: Frank DiMarco.
Mr. DiMarco will lie in state at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday for anyone to come by and pay their respects. The family is at their respective homes. Graveside services for Mr. Vincent DiMarco will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Dr. R. Allen Stewart officiating.
The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
