Mr. Frankie James "Frank" Outz, Sr., 65, of 2063 Stephens Rd., Elberton, GA, died Sunday, March 08, 2009 at his home.
Born July 17, 1943 in Franklin County, GA, he was the son of the late Ernest Outz and Rosie Lee Buffington Outz.He was retired from Eagle Granite Quarries as a Heavy Equipment Operator.He was a U.S. Army Vietnam War Veteran serving in 25th Infantry.
Survivors include:Wife, Susie Weatherford Hammond Outz of the home; Sons, Matthew Outz of the home, PFC Cody Outz of Elberton, GA and Frankie J. Outz, Jr of Hartwell, GA; Daughters, Suzanne Outz of the home and Tina Russell of Rock Hill, SC; Brothers, Noah Outz of Bowman, GA and Homer Outz of Hartwell, GA; Sister, Betty Jo Owens of Canon, GA; Two grandchildren, Chris Russell and Pam Russell; Two great grandchildren, Makaila Cantrell and Ayden James Cantrell.He is preceded in death by Parents and two brothers, George Thomas Outz and David Calvin Outz.
Mr. Outz wishes were to be cremated.The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
