Mr. George Bradley Forbes, 52, of 106 Chicoma Drive, Townville, SC, died Sunday, November 27, 2011.

Born on August 27, 1959 in Needham, MA, he was the son of Charles A. Forbes and the late Marlis Kirn.He was a truck driver for Performance Trucking of Suwanee, GA.

Survivors include one daughter: Stephanie Pena of Cambridge, MA; one half brother: Patrick Kirn of Germany; two sisters: Sharon Forbes of Spartanburg, SC and Charlotte Frier of Summerville, SC; and three grandchildren:Aleshea, Arianna and Raul.

Memorial services will be held Friday, December 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Aids Foundation.
