Mrs. Georgia Cleveland Wilhite, Age 84, of 1104 North Forest Avenue, Hartwell, GA, died Friday, March 27, 2009 at Hartwell Health Care Center.
Born June 2, 1924 in Hart County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late William Henry Cleveland and Dora Dickerson Cleveland.She was a retired from Hartwell Garment as a Supervisor and was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
She is survived by: Sons, Billy Cline Wilhite of Loganville, GA and George G. Wilhite of Loganville, GA; Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Gibson Cline Wilhite; Brothers, Burl, Arthur, Kyle, Jud and Jack Cleveland; Sisters, Clara Ethridge, Thelma Crump, Hallie Isom and Helen Thomason.
Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Dr. Donald Little will officiate.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Saturday night from 6 – 8:00 p.m.
