Mr. Gerald Dan "Peanut" Craft, 69, of 48 Ellen St, Hartwell, died Thursday, December 24 at Hart Co. Hospital.
Born on January 19, 1940 in Hart Co. GA, he was the son of the late Dan Craft and Jessie Mae Stovall Craft.He was a retired Maintenance Supervisor from Monroe Auto Equipment Co. and a member of the Milltown Baptist Church.
Survivors include his two sons, Todd Craft & his wife Robin of Royston and Wesley Craft & his wife Michelle of Kennesaw; two brothers, Hugh Craft of Lexington SC and Bob Craft of Martinez GA; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Craft.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 28 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with burial in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday night.The family is at the home.
