Mrs. Geraldine DeClark LeFevre, 79, of 174 LeFevre Road, Canon, GA, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at her home.
Born August 17, 1928 in Iron Mountain, MI, she was the daughter of the late Louise DeClark, Sr. and Clarice Buzzo DeClark.She was a Homemaker and a Dairy Farmer.She was a member of Canon Baptist Church.
Survivors include:Husband, Joseph E. LeFevre of the home; Son, Bruce LeFevre and his wife, Jeannette of Canon, GA; Daughters, Joanne Lindsey and her husband Steve of Canon, GA and Janet LeFevre of Canon, GA; Brothers, Louis DeClark, Jr of Brussels, Wisconsin and Leo DeClark of Forestville, WI; Sisters, Sharon Lemens of Forestville, WI and Kay Madoche of Sturgeon Bay, WI; Six grandchildren and three great grandsons also survive.She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Burni Grassel.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2008 at 11: 00 a.m. at the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Rev. Eldon Massey will officiate.Entombment will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Thursday night from 7 to 9:00 p.m.The family is at the home.Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice, 1500 Oglethorpe Avenue, Suite 200 C, Athens, GA30606 or to the American Cancer Society, 1610 Lightwood Road, Hartwell, GA30643.
