Miss Gracie Allen Bailey, 59 of 693 E. Johnson Street, Hartwell, GA, died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the Hospice House of the Upstate.
Born January 17, 1947 in Franklin County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Denzil Bailey and Edna Peeples Bailey.She was a utility operator for MAECO for 30 years.She was a member of Hartwell Church of God.
Her survivors include:Brothers, Lester Bailey of Anderson, SC and Eddie Bailey of Hartwell, GA; and sister, Mary Lou Koch of Hartwell, GA.She was preceded in death by parents, and two brothers, Herschel Bailey and Jerry D. Bailey. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Rev. Lonnie Bennett will officiate.
