Mr. Gregory Charles Lawrence, 57, of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at his home.

Born on September 17, 1966 in Hartwell GA, he was the son of the late Charles Albert Lawrence and Peggy Peeples Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence practiced Taxidermy and was formerly employed with Modern Tire Company. He was an avid Dirt Track and NASCAR fan and loved hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his daughter: Ali Lawrence of Hartwell; one brother: Jeff Lawrence (Lisa) of Hartwell; four grandchildren: Jayden, Jaivon, Jordan, and Jada; a niece: Trista Lawrence and a nephew: Josh Lawrence.

The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at the home.

Memorial services for Mr. Greg Lawrence will be held Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Ken Brewer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to defray funeral expenses.

The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
