IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Greg
Simon
September 2, 1961 – October 18, 2025
Gregory "Greg" Dale Simon, beloved husband, brother, son, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025. He was born on September 2, 1961, in Florissant, Missouri.
Greg is survived by his devoted wife, Teresa; his mother, Luann Reiff; his sisters, Karen Hembree and Pamela Paulk (Buddy); his brother, Alan Simon (Sherry); and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who loved him dearly. His life was enriched by the love of Kyle, Amanda and Gina. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Frederick Simon.
Greg lived life fully and joyfully. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who found peace in the outdoors. He loved reading and cherished spending time with family and friends. Known for his exceptional cooking skills and warm hospitality, Greg was happiest when entertaining guests with great food and even better stories. His quick wit and sense of humor were loved by all who knew him.
Above all, Greg treasured his time on the lake with Teresa, friends, and his beloved dogs, Halsey and Frannie, and sailing on his cherished boat, Last Pack. He also found great joy in shark fishing trips to St. Joe's, Florida, with dear friends Doc Bailey and Amy.
Greg was a dedicated professional, respected by colleagues for his commitment and integrity. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy aboard the USS Truxton cruiser. Most importantly, Greg trusted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and we rejoice in knowing he is now with Him in Heaven.
Greg's life was marked by love, laughter, adventure, and faith. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
