Mr. Gregg James Costin, 58, of 240 Bowers Rd, Bowersville, died Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center.

Born on May 5, 1954 in Suffern NY, he was the son of the late Louis Stoll and Sara Croasdale Wojakowski.He was a special education and social studies teacher for the Beaufort County School System in Washington, NC and was of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Cheryl L. Costin of the home; one son, Gregg Louis Costin of Tampa, FL; one daughter, Heather Lynn Costin of Raleigh, NC; two brothers: Chris Costin of Savannah, GA, Mike Stoll of Chattahoochee, FL; one sister, Eva Costin of Savannah, GA; four half-brothers, Edward Stoll of NY State, Ken Stoll of Umatilla FL, Pete Stoll of Ellenville NY and Tim Stoll of Palatka FL also survive.

Graveside services will be Sunday, January 13, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Old Macedonia Church Cemetery with Dr. R. Allen Stewart officiating.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the service.The family is at the home.
