Mr. Royce Harold Lolley, 88, of Lavonia, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his home.
Born June 10, 1929, in Samson, AL, he was the son of the late Leon and Lillie Mae (Wooten) Lolley. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Delta Airlines as a materials supervisor. Mr. Lolley was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Jimmie Will (Lewis) Lolley; and brothers: Howard Lolley and Charles Lolley.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Robert "Bob" and Debbie Lolley; daughter and son-in-law: Rhonda Jean and Larry Brown; sister: Mavis Martin; granddaughter: Kimberly Williams; great grandsons: Alex Williams and Austin Williams; and great-great-granddaughter: Brayleigh Williams.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held Friday at Meadowlawn Memorial Park in Enterprise, AL. Flowers are optional or memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
