Obituary
Mrs. Hazel R. Guillow, 94, of 1115 17th Place SW, Vero Beach FL, died October 25, 2008 at Indian River Medical Center, Vera Beach.
She was born on February 21, 1914 in Hartwell, GA.She was the daughter George W. Reynolds and Fannie Lee Richardson Reynolds.She was a member of Tabernacle Ministries, Vero Beach.
Survivors include her daughters: Sarah M. Mills of Vero Beach FL, Frances Elizabeth Murphy of Douglasville GA and Jacqueline W. Phillips of Ham Lake MS; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Guillow was preceded in death by her husband: Maurice L. Guillow and a son: Thomas G. Warlick; four brothers: Enoch, Cliff, Elmer and Herbert Reynolds and three sisters: Eva Wardlaw, Ruby Reynolds and Neil Balmar.
Services and Visitation will be from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Strunk Funeral Home, Vera Beach. A funeral service will be held 7:30 pm on October 28. 2008 at the funeral home with Rev. David Foster officiating.
Graveside services will be Thursday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery, Hartwell GA, with Rev. Terry Meeks officiating.
