Mrs. Hazel Hembree McLane, 92, of North Forest Avenue, Hartwell, died Saturday, March 21, 2015 at her niece's home.

Born on November 1, 1922 in Hartwell GA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Andrew Hembree Sr. and Viola Parker Hembree.Mrs. McLane was retired from Hartwell Mills and a member of the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.

Survivors include a brother: Joseph Andrew Hembree Jr. of High Point NC and several nieces and nephews.Mrs. McLane was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph McLane; two infant children; four sisters: Artis Belle Ethridge, Lowell Madden, Mary Lou Kay and Louise Ankerich and a brother; Parker Hembree.

Funeral services will Monday, March 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church with Dr. Donald Little officiating.Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.

The body will placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. Monday, where the family will receive friends until the funeral hour.The family is at their respective homes.Flowers optional, memorials may be made to the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, 273 Mt. Hebron Road, Hartwell GA30643.
