Obituary
Mr. Howard G. Atkinson, age 69, of 157 Ridgeview Ct., Lavonia, died Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at his home.
Born December 25, 1936, in Bedford, IN, he was the son of the late Albert H. and Florence Atkinson. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include daughters: Marilyn Whiting and April Bezenah; son Howard G. "Jack" Atkinson; sisters: Jacqueline Roush and Betty Sanders; and nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister: Marilyn Rose Atkinson.
Mr. Atkinson's wishes were to be cremated. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 7, 2006 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Lavonia.
