Mrs. Ida Moody Cundiff, 80, of 47 Cundiff Circle, Hartwell, GA, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Hart County Hospital.

Born February 20, 1927 in Canton, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Colonel Moody and Grace Camoleon Allison Moody.She had a master's degree in Library Science from Peabody College.She was retired from Teaching and School Librarian, Anderson County District 5, Southwood Middle School. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Athens Rock and Gem Club and a former member of NARFE.

Her survivors include:Sons, Hilton Cundiff of Hartwell, GA and Richard Cundiff of Gainesville, GA; Daughters, Catherine Cundiff of Athens, GA and Camoleon "Cammy" Bratcher of the home; Brother, W.C. Moody, Jr. of Edgefield, SC; Sister, Ruth Long of Hartwell; Seven grandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Richard H. Cundiff and a Sister, Mary Queen.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.The Rev.
