Obituary
Ms. Irene Richardson MacKenzie, 69, of Benson Street, Hartwell, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 at her home.
Born on May 17, 1947, in Ypsilanti, MI, she was the daughter of the late Everette Allen Richardson and June Marie Sutton Johnson. Ms. MacKenzie was a self-employed.
Survivors include one son: Tom Weaks and Deana of Hartwell; one daughter: Dominee Kaye MacKenzie of Hartwell; one brother: Ralph E. Richardson of Davidson, MI; one sister: Virginia Richardson of Mt. Pleasant, MI; and two grandchildren: Travis Weaks and Trina Weaks. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers and a sister.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
