Ms. Isabel Virginia Shirley Vickery Youngblood, 77, of Smith Street Hartwell, died Thursday, November 8 at Southlake Hospital, Clermont FL.

Born on February 10, 1935 in Bowersville GA, she was the daughter of the late Howard Wilmer Shirley and Katie Mae Burnette Shirley.Isabel was employed for 44 years with First Franklin Financial Corporation, where she retired as a Senior Vice-President.She was a faithful member of the Hartwell First United Methodist Church. She was a former member of the Pilot Club of Hartwell, Eastern Star, John Benson Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Pine Tree Garden Club, Cateechee Golf Club and Clermont Golf Club.

Survivors include her brother, Joel L. Shirley of Bowersville; five sisters, Joyce S. Hershberger of Greensboro NC, Anne S. Sieling and her husband Wehman of Columbia SC, Sylvia S. Seawright and her husband Bob of Hartwell & Newnan GA, Rose Mary S. Dixon and her husband Tracy of Bainbridge GA and Sue S. McSwain and her husband Mike of Myrtle Beach SC; her beloved nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and her faithful companion, Squire Noah also survive.She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Howard Donald Shirley.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hartwell First United Methodist Church with Dr. R. Allen Stewart and Rev. Furman Brown Lewis officiating.Burial will be in the Bowersville City Cemetery.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening.The family is at the home of Joel Shirley, Bethany-Bowersville Rd, Bowersville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hartwell First United Methodist Church, 200 E.
