Mr. Howard Ray "J.R." Blumenauer, 53, of Lightwood Lane, Hartwell, died Thursday, January 9, 2014.
Born on March 9, 1960 in Wheeling WV, he was a construction superintendent for Summit Construction.
Survivors include his wife, Debra "Debbie" Emmons Blumenauer of Hartwell; a daughter, Danielle Blumenauer of Moundsville WV; twin sons, Howard Blumenauer of Bridge Port OH and Billie Blumenauer of Moundsville WV; five grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
A private memorial service will be held by the family.Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
