Obituary
Mr. James Parke Allen, age 84, of 6699 West Avenue – Lavonia, died Thursday, October 4, 2004 at his home.
Born March 6, 1923, in Michigan, he was the son of the late Charles James Allen and the late Cleo Ethel Allen. He retired from Continental Baking Company as foreman. Mr. Allen was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Muriel Jane Allen; and a sister: Rita Allen Ellis.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law: Karen & Barry Goodyear of Lavonia; son and daughter-in-law: Gregory Michael & Anita Allen of Summerville SC; brother: David T. Allen of Testan, CA; grandchildren: Milissa Bazzle, Kimberly Bazzle, Nicole Rangel, and Amber McCarson; and great-grandchildren: Lillian Bazzle, Benjamin Bazzle, Jason Bazzle, Tyler Bazzle, Zachery Bazzle, Amber Skye Rangel, and Maddox Rangel.
A private memorial service will be held.
