James Hill's Obituary
Mr. James Hill IV, 75, of Farmington GA, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Comer Health & Rehab.
Born on December 30, 1942 in Washington DC, he was the son of the late James Hill and Helen Chapman Hill.Mr. Hill received a PhD from the University of Georgia and was a retired research scientist for the Environmental Protection Agency, Athens GA.He was also a U. S. Air Force Veteran.
Survivors include a daughter: Katherine Hill Brown of Berne NY; a brother: Thomas Hill and two grandchildren also survive.
A memorial service celebrating James' life will be held at a later date by the family.
The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
