Mrs. Janice Arnold Freeman, 77, of Whippoorwill Trail, Hartwell passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at her home.

Born on November 19, 1944 in Manchester, TN, she was the daughter of the late Clifford Austin Arnold and Nannie Olene Martin Arnold. Mrs. Freeman was a retired paralegal for Runyan & Green LLC and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband: Henry Freeman; one son: Leebo Freeman (Penni) of Hartwell; one brother: Larry Arnold of Nanuet NY; one sister: Faye A. Winn of Hartwell; three grandchildren: Jeffrey Freeman, Patience Price (Corey), Lee Freeman; six great grandchildren: Jayden Freeman, Kamrelyn Price, Layla Freeman, Emberlee Price, Hanna Freeman, Jhase Freeman; one brother and sister-in-law: Terry Freeman (Susan) of Hartwell; two sister-in-law's: Mae Beebe of Hartwell, Lena McCollum of Starr SC and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Freeman is preceded in death by her parents; daughter: Tammy Freeman; and two brothers: Donald Arnold and Frankie Arnold.

The family will receive friend Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.Other times the family will be at the home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Janice Freeman will be held Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Hulon Bryant and Rev. Gary Bill officiating.Burial will be in the Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery.

Flowers are optional, and memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church, 2233 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643.
