Obituary
Ms. Janie Matilda Wilbanks, age 46, of Demorest passed away Friday, August 9, 2019 at North East Georgia Medical Center.
Born September 6, 1972 in Demorest, she was the daughter of Joyce Louise (Williams) Hunnicutt and the late Terry Wilbanks.
She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Amber & Tim McKenzie and Amanda & Justin Garrett; son: Hector Elias; grandchildren: Ryder and Elijah; and sister: Tracy Underwood. She was preceded in death by her father, daughter: Danielle Taylor and sister: Mollie Butcher.
A memorial service will be held 5:00 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019 at New Vision Worship Center with Rev. Mickey Umbehant officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday after the service. The family requests that in lieu flowers memorial donations may be made to help cover the cost of medical and funeral expenses.
