Obituary
Jason Christopher Bass, age 46, of Rising Star, TX, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at his family's lake house in Lavonia.
Born September 16, 1972, in Dallas, TX, he was the son of Diane (Reed) Nostrand and the late Richard Franklin Bass. He was a self employed construction worker.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife: Catherine (Smith) Bass; daughter: Heather Bass; son: Dylan Bass; sisters: Melissa Bass and Amber Nostrand; and brothers: Kenneth Nostrand and Steven Nostrand.
Mr. Bass was cremated in accordance with his request. The family will plan a memorial service at a later date in Texas. No local services will be planned.
