Mr. Jason Scott Forkin, 40, of Hartwell Marina Road, Hartwell, died Saturday, April 12, 2014.
Born on July 23, 1973 in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the James Patrick Forkin of Daytona Beach, FL and Elizabeth Sullivan of La Porte, TX.He was self-employed, restaurant owner.
Survivors include his parents; one son: Austin Forkin of Lavonia; three sisters: Jennifer Kwas of La Porte TX, Erin Smith of Highlands TX and Kelly Reagan, of Ft. Worth TX. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Sullivan.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Lavonia United Methodist Church.The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the church.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Austin Forkin Fund at any Pinnacle Bank Branch.
