Obituary
Doris Jeanette Ferrell Camp, age 88, of Anderson, SC, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2021 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Anderson.
Born September 11, 1933, in Fort Mill, SC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Eustace Ferrell, Sr. and Jessie Idelle St. Clair.She was a devoted homemaker and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband: James D. Camp; daughters: Melissa Tucker (Paul) and Karen Leard (Tim); son: Scott Camp (Jordan); and grandchildren: Will Camp, Alex Camp, Allie Camp, Jordan Tucker, Sean Leard, Daniel Leard, and Jonas Leard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Arthur Ferrell, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at the Lavonia First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Hugh Hendrickson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lavonia First United Methodist Church, 25 Baker Street, Lavonia, GA 30553.
