Mr. Florencio Cruz "Jim" Navarro, Jr., age 48, of 854 Ridge Rd, Hartwell, GA, went home to be with the Lord Monday, July 19, 2010.

Born January 21, 1962, he is the son of Joyce Tucker Cavosora of Portland, Maine; Florencio Cruz "Jim" Navarro, Sr. of South Portland, Maine, and Stepson of Eileen Navarro of South Portland, Maine.He has an Associate Degree from Lanier Tech, Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina School of Theology.He was employed by Life Springs in the Printing Division.He was a member of Price Chapel Church of God; a Sunday School Teacher, Former Sunday School Superintendent; Served on the Praise Team; Conducted Thursday services at Brown Convalescent Nursing Home and Monday night prayer meeting at Price Chapel Church of God; Member of On Wings As Eagles; Participated and was Ordained in Liberating Ministries for Christ and also Organized "Convoy of Hope".

He is survived by his Parents; Wife: Crystal Dyar Navarro of the home; Daughters, Demitra Jean "Demi" Navarro of Hartwell, GA; Elizabeth "Ellie" Andrew and her husband Johnny of Cummings, GA; Son, Clenard "Clint" Campbell of Hartwell, GA; Brothers, Paul Navarro of Anson, Maine, Ryan Navarro of Hillsboro, NH; Sisters, Teri Hakanson of Buxton, Maine, Kim Laurance of Alexandria, VA and Candie Cavosora of Portland, Maine.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Price Chapel Church of God.Rev. Johnny Stowe will officiate.

The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home ~ Hartwell Chapel where the family will receive friends Wednesday night from 7 – 9:00 p.m.The family is at the home.Flowers are optional; Memorials may be made to offset medical and funeral expenses.
