Maurice James Roysdon, Jr., age 80, of Lavonia, passed away on May 12, 2026 at his home.
Born on May 27, 1945, in San Francisco, California, Jim was the son of the late Maurice James Roysdon, Sr. and Elizabeth Kathryn Berdan. Maurice moved to the Gumlog community after retiring from a career in manufacturing.
He is survived by his brothers, Jeff Sapoznick, Keith Sapoznick, and Kent Sapoznick, and his daughter, Stephanie Roysdon.
In accordance with Jim’s wishes, there will be no formal services held. The family appreciates the support and condolences received during this difficult time.
