Mrs. Jimmie Will (Lewis) lolley, age 82, of Lavonia, died Sunday, October 2, 2016 at her home.
Born December 29, 1933, in Coffee Springs, AL, she was the daughter of the late Jimmy L. and Bonnie (Phillips) Lewis. She was a retired oral surgical nurse with Dr. Henry Diversi, DMD in College Park. She was a member of the Lavonia First Baptist Church and the Lavonia Quilting Club. Mrs. Lolley enjoyed quilting, gardening, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years: Harold Lolley; son and daughter-in-law: Bob and Debbie Lolley; daughter and son-in-law: Rhonda and Larry Brown; granddaughter: Kimberly Williams; great grandsons: Alex Williams and Austin Williams; and great-great-granddaughter: Brayleigh Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Haywood Lewis; and sisters: Virginia Martin and Doris Early.
The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Childress officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral service. Graveside services will be held Saturday at Meadowlawn Memorial Park in Enterprise, AL. Flowers are optional or memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
